Bistro BFF membership card is a loyalty and privilege card program of The Bistro Group Restaurants that extend exclusive offer to all its participating restaurants.
The BFF reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate Membership for unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the discounts and privileges under the Program and/or its Products and Services, or in case of breach by a subscriber of his/her obligations in connection with the use of the Products or availment of the Services at its discretion at any given time without any liability.
All active mobile users of any network are qualified to join the Program.

Welcome to Loyalty Program powered by Bistro BFF ("Bistro BFF," "we," "us," "our," or "service"). Bistro BFF is a loyalty platform used by members to redeem discounts and privileges.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and protect information in relation to our loyalty software in connection with Bistro BFF services (collectively, the "Service").

Information you provide us directly:
Your name, username, gender, date of birth, address, telephone or mobile number, email address, proof of identification and password when you register for a Loyalty Program account.

Communications between you and the Loyalty Program administrator or Bistro BFF in relation to the Service such as, but not limited to service-related emails, SMS, or mobile application notifications (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). We process your personal data on the basis of consent in accordance with this privacy notice. However, we may also process personal data without your consent, such as when processing is according to and as allowed under Sections 12 and 13 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Analytics information:
We use analytics tools that collect information sent by your device to our servers, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to assist us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information of other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

When you visit the Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use the Loyalty Program powered by Bistro BFF and provide features to you.

Log file information
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e. visit) a Bistro BFF web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the Bistro BFF webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee against risks involving personal data processing, whether in storage or in transit, as there is no computer system that is 100% secure.
Your personal data shall be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and following our retention policies until it is no longer required nor necessary to keep your information for any other legal, regulatory, or business purposes.
