Definitions and Interpretations

Bistro BFF membership card is a loyalty and privilege card program of The Bistro Group Restaurants that extend exclusive offer to all its participating restaurants.

The BFF reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate Membership for unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the discounts and privileges under the Program and/or its Products and Services, or in case of breach by a subscriber of his/her obligations in connection with the use of the Products or availment of the Services at its discretion at any given time without any liability.

All active mobile users of any network are qualified to join the Program.

Register your card to enjoy full benefits. Registered members receive SMS and/or email alerts on related content such as announcement of special offers and promotions.

Personal information and sensitive personal information shall be collectively referred to as “Personal Data.”

Privacy Notice

Welcome to Loyalty Program powered by Bistro BFF ("Bistro BFF," "we," "us," "our," or "service"). Bistro BFF is a loyalty platform used by members to redeem discounts and privileges.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and protect information in relation to our loyalty software in connection with Bistro BFF services (collectively, the "Service").

By continuing to use the Service, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

    1. Information you provide us directly:

      1. Your name, username, gender, date of birth, address, telephone or mobile number, email address, proof of identification and password when you register for a Loyalty Program account.

      2. User Content (e.g., photos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Service.

Communications between you and the Loyalty Program administrator or Bistro BFF in relation to the Service such as, but not limited to service-related emails, SMS, or mobile application notifications (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You agree to receive service-related emails for as long as you are using the Service.

      By submitting your personal information to us or when visiting our website, social media accounts, and facilities, you consent to us collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice. However, we may also process personal data without your consent, such as when processing is according to and as allowed under Sections 12 and 13 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

      Analytics information:

We use analytics tools that collect information sent by your device to our servers, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to assist us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information of other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

      1. When you visit the Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use the Loyalty Program powered by Bistro BFF and provide features to you.

      2. You agree that we may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads for services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us.

    5. Log file information

      1. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e. visit) a Bistro BFF web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the Bistro BFF webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.

      2. When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent by us to our Users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.

    6. Device identifiers:

      1. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by Bistro BFF.

      2. A device identifier may deliver information to us about how you browse and use the Service and may help us provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

    7. How Do We Use Your Information

    8. In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in the immediately preceding provision, we may use information that we receive or collect to:

      1. help you efficiently access your information after you sign in;

      2. remember information, upon your instruction, so you will not have to re-enter it during your next use or visit of the Service;

      3. provide personalized content and information, including online ads or other forms of marketing from The Bistro Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its Partners and Partner Merchants, to you;

      4. provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service;

      5. develop and test new products, services and features;

      6. monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, purchase frequency, and demographic patterns;

      7. diagnose or fix technology problems;

      8. establish and verify your identity;

      9. secure our website, computer systems, and facilities;

      10. investigate and prevent fraudulent or illegal activities;

      11. comply with legal obligations; and

      12. engage in other procedures and processes such as data sharing as may be necessary to perform our contractual obligations and commitments to you and such other purposes inherent and vital to the orderly conduct of our business, and as mandated by law.

    9. We will not disclose or sell your information to any third party outside The Bistro Group and our Loyalty Vendor All card Inc its subsidiaries and affiliates, its Partners and Partner Merchants without your consent, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Notice

How We Protect Your Personal Data

We safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, and any other unlawful processing. We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and physical security measures. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee against risks involving personal data processing, whether in storage or in transit, as there is no computer system that is 100% secure.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information

Your personal data shall be retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and following our retention policies until it is no longer required nor necessary to keep your information for any other legal, regulatory, or business purposes.

What are Your Rights as a Data Subject

Subject to limitations under the law, you are entitled to the following rights as a data subject in relation to your personal data:
